# RuralCheck

> Location reports for people buying rural property in Europe. Each report is a set of
> checks computed for one point: sun hours allowing for the hills, modelled road and
> rail noise, river flooding, wildfire history, protected areas, the plot in the land
> register, slope, climate now and around 2050, drive times and more. Every check is an
> estimate from public data. It is not a survey, a valuation or legal advice.

Agents are welcome. For reports, use the MCP server, which gives an assistant the checks
as tools. Every call needs an API key from a paid plan.
